Bvckup is a fast real-time backup software for Windows. Point it at a pair of folders and it will make sure that one will stay an exact copy of another.

What's different

It is a program that does just one simple thing, but does it really well. Bvckup is extensively optimized for speed of backup and clarity of its user interface.

The goal was to try and streamline the routine day-to-day use of the program and shape its functionality around the underlying need for data persistence rather than a simple ability to copy files.

More features alone do not make for a better product. Clarity of purpose, convenience and engineering spit and polish do.

Versions

The first version was launched in 2009 and it is currently in a state of perpetual public beta. The much revised and refined second version is in development and it is scheduled for the release later this year.
